"CHARMING” CROWNS ITS PRINCE:  WILMER VALDERRAMA TO VOICE ICONIC ROLE OF PRINCE CHARMING IN 3QU MEDIA ANIMATED FEATURE FILM FROM SHREK PRODUCER JOHN H. WILLIAMS

We know how the story goes...princess meets prince and they live happily ever after.  But what would happen if a trio of fairy tale princesses discovered that their Prince Charming was engaged to all of them at the same time?  Wilmer Valderrama will find out when he voices the iconic male lead role in Charming, the animated musical comedy feature film from 3QU Media.  He joins Demi Lovato, who will also executive produce the film’s music score, as the female lead Lenore; Avril Lavigne as Snow White; Ashley Tisdale as Cinderella, and G.E.M. as Sleeping Beauty.

The long-anticipated Prince Charming casting news was announced today by John H. Williams and Henry Skelsey, two of the founders of 3QU Media.  The company was formed in 2014 to create family friendly CG-animated films for global audiences and has offices in Los Angeles, Greenwich, CT and Montreal.

“Wilmer had everything we were looking for while we were contemplating who to cast as this Prince Charming - irresistible charm, perfect comedic timing and a lot of heart,” says producer and 3QU Media principal John H. Williams. “We needed a Prince Charming who could convey the love of being a lover, and someone who isn't afraid of being absurd and over the top at times but also be deep and emotional when he actually meets his unexpected (not a Princess) true love.”

"I'm honored to join Charming’s incredibly talented cast,” says Valderrama.  “We've all been waiting so long to see a Latin Princess represented in an animated fairy tale, I'm grateful to the enlightened producer John Williams for anointing me as the first Latin Prince!"

Valderrama currently stars as “Carlos Madrigal” on Robert Rodriguez’s From Dusk Til Dawn: The Series for the El Rey Network.  He also stars in Steven Spielberg’s new Minority Report series, which premieres on FOX on Monday, September 21.  In film, he will next be seen starring in the indie drama To Whom It May Concern from director Manu Boyer.  Valderrama is represented by UTA and Silver Lining Entertainment.
